Since 2010 we have been producing beers with dedication and passion. Today, we work tirelessly to evolve and to translate this evolution into each label. We have created three beer lines to simplify what we produce. The Best-Seller line is of our classic and balanced beers. The Extra Hops line, is a variation of our Best-Sellers but with more pronounced flavors and intense bitterness. Lastly, the Strongest line contains our heavier, stronger beers, with high body, powerful aromas, and alcohol content. Take a look and enjoy this journey.
Ingredient traditionally used in the manufacture of beers. Hops are a natural preservative that we add directly after the boiling beer so the beer stays fresh while being transported. In certain labels, we add the dry hopping process at its maturity.
Malt is the basic and fundamental piece in beer production. Coming from barley grains, this ingredient is responsible for determining what the taste, color, and aroma of beer will be like.
Water is the basis for a good beer and is of paramount importance to the brewing process. This element represents more than 90% of beer composition.
The soul of beer. Without it, nothing happens. Yeasts are fundamental to the beer production, as they are used in the fermentation of mash, a mixture of barley, water and hops. The yeast is also responsible for flavoring the beer. They may present aspects that characterize the style of the drinks.
When we work on something we like, the reward always comes. For us, the greatest satisfaction is to represent lovers of craft beer. In 2015, Heilige was voted the best brewery in South America by the South Beer Cup and in 2016, it was voted the second-best brewery in Brazil by the Concurso Brasileiro at Blumenau.
